    Excavation Contractor finished the loam work and graveled the drive. The builder starts on Monday. Should go pretty fast now I hope.

    Back filled yesterday, received almost 6 inches of rain in 24 hours...really helped the compaction.. also shown is the floor insulation and the frost posts for the shed overhang.

    So I think I made a pretty good score today. I picked up 6 bolt bin cabinets for $120... They are not perfect, but with some cleaning and TLC and some IH red paint, I think they will come out all right.

    Foundation crew came back this morning and had the whole thing stripped, cleaned up and loaded in an hour. It looks awesome. This weeks agenda: get it backfilled and compacted, lay the vapor barrier and insulation for the floor, and get the floor poured.

    Pouring the walls today. Last night we had a little ceremony and blessed the building and put a small symbol of our faith in the Northeast corner to forever guard it.

    So the fill is in place.. It took 800 yards of fill to get it leveled out. Putting the water to it, keep compacting it for a week. Foundation to be put in the week of the 21st.

    The narrow front is a Farmall 504, gas. The first tractor is a 460 Hi-Clear utility also gas and is one of 266 built. The middle pic is a Farmall 100, its predecessor was the Super A.

    A few pics this morning to show where the grade is going to end up. The pink ribbons on the first two stakes are the grade, the last stake there is no ribbon because the grade is above it. Going to take a lot of fill and compaction.
