I have the nests and they've been quite good, and have integration with my thermostats and light switches (shut off air distribution to rooms with smoke, flash lights when detector is going off). Not cheap though.

You probably want to lay down some burlap or straw with plastic over it at the least. They rent electric blankets for cold weather curing, someone who knows better than I can chime in, but I don't think the slab will ever reach rated strength curing between 30-40 degrees.

Just gotta say, holy **** guys. I thought I was spending some money. I can't imagine the garage I would expect for 300k. My first house didn't cost that.

Thought I updated, but here is the floor poured, went in about 2 weeks ago. We had some serious issues with stuck cement trucks, everything around the building was reasonably graded when we started lol.
