    I've had my V series sense 1968/71 still use them today I do collect V series sockets but that's it other than the circle H code I picked up a while back, no I would not be scared to use the H code if need be....thats just me...

    I read on the Alloy Artifacts that the circle H was from Kenosha plant, the H was a carry over from the original Husky MFG, they kept it for plant designation from 1931/32, only the BE was from New Britain, CT.... I`ll see if I can find it again and post it.

    Found this Kreauter set in the top of the inlaw`s shed, nice piece, clean as well. Not sure of the age sense its a plastic case...missing two sockets and long extension has been replaced with a Industro short extension..

    Bringing up this old thread with a pic. Bought new in Nov of '71... double panel in the lid, single panel for the front panel, lid supports, double bump around the lock, with pins for the front panel, No clasps for the lid, side handles, Dividers, I've got a little of everything.
