So I spotted a Remline seven drawer bottom roller on FB $50, plus gas, cool, next problem is it was in Nevada, not far from Tahoe, well if I went up there ( 125 miles ) I would have to take the misses, if I didn't I would never here the end of it...you know Casinos and if she went the box would...

I've had my V series sense 1968/71 still use them today I do collect V series sockets but that's it other than the circle H code I picked up a while back, no I would not be scared to use the H code if need be....thats just me...

I read on the Alloy Artifacts that the circle H was from Kenosha plant, the H was a carry over from the original Husky MFG, they kept it for plant designation from 1931/32, only the BE was from New Britain, CT.... I`ll see if I can find it again and post it.

Found this Kreauter set in the top of the inlaw`s shed, nice piece, clean as well. Not sure of the age sense its a plastic case...missing two sockets and long extension has been replaced with a Industro short extension..

Came across this Dayton branded unit, its local, so far everything is or looks the same as the Craftsman and or Kennedy. I`m getting obsessed with this just looked at ten Kennedy`s on market place, one was a Craftsman, no rhyme or reason, also noted some have either lid supports on both sides, some have no supports as discussed, and some on the left, some on the right and these were Badged Kennedys most 526

Bringing up this old thread with a pic. Bought new in Nov of '71... double panel in the lid, single panel for the front panel, lid supports, double bump around the lock, with pins for the front panel, No clasps for the lid, side handles, Dividers, I've got a little of everything.

Plastic trays from Harbor Freight or other suppliers work well in these.

Stopped by an Estate sale yesterday, run by the family, reminded me why I hate estate sales, wow they were high, turned around and walked back out as were many people...I see they already changed their ad to run thru the week, must not have moved anything.

`64, just sold it six months ago, drove it for 24 years, feeling kinda sad about it now but, did really good on the price, the kid kept coming back making offers on it. It was my parts chaser.
