Different production version. They might of changed something minor like the style of badge or they changed the pallet and packaging that the box is shipped in. Obviously the b model was manufactured before the c model but other than that, there is no major difference between the boxes.

Their business model seems to be working still. Just look at the results for SNA. I have a sizable chunk that I bought @ $60 a share in May 2012. They closed at $107.67 today. I think they are doing something right.
