Based on your other post, it sounds like you are in a tech school. Tech school reps are totally different than the franchised dealers that operate the trucks that service most shops. To the OP, find a dealer and you should have no issues.

I stand corrected. I was looking at the quick set options. Thanks for setting the record straight because I try to be factual in my postings. I still dont have a problem with Snap-on only maintaining a shorter purchase history.

I just checked my Amazon account, they only have records on my account back to 2011. I beleive that it was stated that Snap-on only keeps 2 years worth of sales history so it sounds like that Snap-on is inline with 99% of most businesses.

Please point out an advertisement where Snap-on even mentions warranty. The warranty statement is available in the back of the catalogs and on the website.

So you expect them to keep your records for you. Do you want them to do your taxes for you too?

Considering the fact that by your own statements you were buying your tools from eBay, you never were a Snap-on customer.
