I guess this sorta fits here. Ive always wanted one of these (ideally in better shape) but couldn't beat it for $40. Its surprisingly rust free and solid for as bad as it looks.
Finishing up my first mild resto on my 57 1/4 horse. Still need to locate some glass for the shields and I'll probably end up painting the tube silver.

The first thing I did was check IA. I also collect mission furniture from around 1910 and the old catalogs are a huge resource. Its always exciting when a new one unearths itself.
I recently picked up a handful of really nice 40s and 50s Craftsman catalogs and this 1947 Bonney catalog was in the pile. Pretty nice condition and interesting to thumb through.
I'm getting ready to do the same to mine. What I worry about is it being sealed up tight with no hvac. Once my lower level was finished I noticed mold starting on my floors, boxes, car interiors, etc from not having dehumidification.
A local antique store had the same kit not long ago. I think it was priced around $50. Mueller Brass has a plant near me and im a pipefitter so it was definitly interesting to me but I passed.
