Truck is looking good, very stealth like. Just that bit of chrome on the front grille to go too? A nice matching trailer for it is what you need now. :bounce: Stay safe. GB

Hi Bret, yeah they do last a while. New ones always throw more sparks and going around the curve in my driveway is a bit more delicate again :lol_hitti It was a nice day today to get a few things done. Started with another coat of BLO/turps mix on the outdoor art project for wifie and cut...

Hi Unruh, thanks yes kaizen foam is great, and it's a balance between what you fill a draw or tray with. Just buy an extra sheet or two for future use is my recommendation there in case you want to change something up. Depending on how deep your cutouts are you can always flip the sheet over and...

    The South Pacific tin shed

Yikes guster that made me shudder with the wasp in the throat. I've got a stack of old hard drives that I'm destroying by tearing down for scrap. Since my son took to the magnets (as any 8 year old or grown GJ member would) he learnt about ferrous and non ferrous metals and made a video about...

Started today with some paperwork at the office and a run via the big box store on the way home to get a few bits to work on a few small projects. Managed to get the front lawn done, but the edger was well overdue for a new blade. Worked mainly though on a garden art project for wifie, end...

I moved my welder the other day when cleaning up, haven't made sparks with it for far too long :( That welder looks good, I need to look into those bandsaws you guys all seem to have, I don't know I've ever seen them over here. Did your dad add any additional weight to the lawn aerator ? I've...

Thanks guys, yeah haven't done the brown paper covers for a long time. Trying this morning to get my benches cleaned up. The watch making tools needed a home, so kaizan foam to the rescue. GB.

Picked up this workshop stool with adjustable height during the week on sale at the autoparts box store. Had my son assemble it and happy days for the more frequent work-from-home scenario that we are in. I've shuffled a few things around and need to finish off some clean up before pics. :( GB.

Another little job from mid March. The gas struts on the Camry bonnet had passed their prime and I had been using a broom to hold it open when needed which was a bit dodgy. Found some new ones for about $20 on the bay and they fit perfect! GB.

A little job today while sitting with the young bloke supervising school work. I've had these dot-paper notebooks for a while and use them as my garage sketch books. The covers on them just deteriorate and flake bits everywhere so I went old school with the brown paper and new school with...
