    Internet access in detached garage?

It won't directly attract lightning, but a strike nearby can create a significant voltage gradient across the ground surface. This can cause unintended voltage & current through connected cables and damage attached equipment. To protect them, use fiber optic cable or invest in high-quality...

    New adjustable wrenches

The Snap-on/Bahco adjustable wrenches are nice but for anyone using them in a liquid application I've found that water can be trapped pretty easily in the handle. Just food for thought if you're not using them in a purely automotive application.

    Help w/ Braided Cable Needed

Second the heat shrink. Otherwise, I'd probably opt for using a wire rope end sleeve.

    Correct compression fitting?

Just enough to seal. General rule of thumb I like to use is to tighten it gently, check for leaks, and repeat in small amounts tightening until there aren't any leaks. When the tube is crushed like that, the ferrule will be compressed to a point where the nut won't feel particularly tight at all.

    New adjustable wrenches

Adjustable wrenches seem fine for plumbing IMO. Probably the only place I use them.

Is Ridged Drill/Ipact Driver Kit w/ Battery Warranty The Best Way To Go???

18V tools? Ridgid. 12V tools? Milwaukee. Milwaukee M12 wins hands down for when you need a light tools (e.g. oscillating multi-tool in a tight location). Otherwise if you're not a professional, the 18V Ridgid tools are basically a step below Milwaukee at a fraction of the price and the free...

Neutral lug doesn't fit in main panel, wrong type?

That lug looks like its for the older Homeline panels (vertical main breaker). You probably want to try out LK100AN since you have the newer style Homeline panel with the QO/HOM main breaker.

Yup. Once that sucker hits some rocks or dirt it's all over!

    Electrical tape stupidity

Off topic slightly but I prefer heat shrink tubing for remarking conductors.

    Icon Ratchets?

I never understood the desire to challenge Snap-on's recommendation for Super Lube. I'm guessing they're in the business of trying to not replace something under warranty. If it works for them it works for me.

    Icon Ratchets?

Until they're sending out Harbor Freight drones to warranty tools the same day, the presence of the truck will keep those companies afloat.

Ideal Wire Connectors-Opinions? Good, Bad, or Ugly?

Just used an old crappy wirenut to twist four #12s... took it off and couldn't get the wires to seperate on their own. If you actually twist them good it will do the job. (y)

    Milwaukee Rapid Charger issues?

Non-rapid. Glad to hear they spent a few extra bucks on the rapid. It's just not excusable in a customer product IMO. I've worked on a lot of SMPS and I'd never put something like that in a consumer product.

Ideal Wire Connectors-Opinions? Good, Bad, or Ugly?

No qualms with them. I see them a lot in commercial and industrial settings. Like someone said above I like them especially when the current they'll see is low. Sometimes I've used them to extend out wires in a box where someone cut them way too short.

    Milwaukee Rapid Charger issues?

Doesn't shock me. The fact they never did anything about the coil whine from the switched mode power supply is one reason I've stopped using them. Such an easy fix but I'm sure they're trying to pinch every penny.

green light on genie safety beam is on but, no red beam

If the sensor with the red light is not on you either have a bad sensor or a wiring fault (improper wiring or break).

    Security cameras without cloud connections

It depends on how deep you want to go with this. Many commercial security camera brands like Hanwha, Axis, and Panasonic/i-PRO support standard streaming technologies (RTP, ONVIF, etc.). This means they can work with standardized hardware (from those brands or others) and software NVR solutions...

    Tap Screwdriver

Just what @KYToolz pointed out. Unfortunately I assume the QC of a lot of these boxes has gone downhill. I have new boxes where the threads are pathetically cut.
