The ultimate mechanics flashlight that is small

I also have about 10-12 of these. Best bang for very-little-bucks out there and small enough to be stored easily and used regularly

    Why I Buy Tekton

My first experience with Tekton has not been that great from a quality control aspect. Just ordered the Metric & SAE flare nut wrenches from Amazon. Problem is I received two 10mm & 12mm wrenches where one needed to be the 3/8 & 7/16 SAE wrench. :dunno:

Gray Tools Canada Gray Pro+ toolbox: now made in Taiwan.

My "backup" SAE wrenches are a set of the old 80's vintage (I bought new back in the day) GRAY Maple Leaf line. They were the value series from Gray and while not polished they were/are a very tough set of wrenches probably comparable to Armstrong or Proto would be my guess. Sorry for the poor pic.

    Wera Kraftform Micro Screwdrivers

I had originally bought a set of the Wiha micros and ended up giving them to a friend as I did not care for the "feel" of them. Got a complete set of the Wera micros and have never looked back since. Not saying the Wihas were bad just prefer the ergonomics of the Weras.

Dumb Question About Large Tool Box Delivery

I believe most people who don't have their own hoisting and tailoring equipment opt for liftgate delivery which might cost you about 100 dollars or more.

How did you learn your trade?

Agreed, but make sure you take something relative to what employers are looking and willing to pay for. Trade college or technical vocational 2 year programs are a better route to a good career than many of the 4 year degree programs like political science or humanities or arts, etc, etc.

    Workbench Top Material ?

I've used the commercial door option like some others here and it holds up very well and also cheap -or free sometimes. My next option might be one of the metal galvanized fire doors, they look tough as $hit and are seriously heavy duty. Don't know how the galvanized finish would hold up but it...
