Yes, THIS, exactly. Clubs and "discounts" etc are marketing schemes to get you to come to their place vs. any other place. They figure you will buy significantly enough to cover the $20 and more.

How does anyone "know" they will never use a particular tool again? As far as trashing a tool goes - that is just wasteful. Why not give/donate it so someone can get some use out of it? As far as space savings goes. How much space does a few small tools take up?

This plus . . . there should be some sort of state insurance regulator - get familiar with the regs.

Just a thought. Do the homes or garages in the rest of the neighborhood have prison cell type doors? If they do his would not look out of place.
