Start with a used one via CL, they're usually abundant and inexpensive - at least around here.

I can't offer any info on any difference in the product(s). However, the price difference MAY have something to do with the market demand for Lithium, which has been going up.

I used to use Liquid Wrench a lot (in the old rectangular cans) then it seemed to have changed - I may have also heard something about that here. I eventually went to PB Blaster which works good for me. Whatever I use I try to give it a day to do its thing.
