Milwaukee M12 Fuel Kits with Extra Tool at Home Depot

Same here, would have jumped on some combo of the light, multi tool, and ratchet, but already have the drill and impact so meh.

Soft face hammer is a Wiha dead blow, 35mm. Wiha stuff all came from Wiha site direct. I'm pretty new to this site and the tool addiction, previously just had a craftsman set and some HF stuff. Trying to buy nicer stuff now that won't break and wear out so easily.

Haul from HJE and Wiha USA. Vaughn and grayvik ball peens, since I'm that guy who used claw hammers when working on cars previously. And finally a quality ratchet. Too bad UPS sticker bombed my box art! Wiha had cheap shipping, free over $100, and some good clearance deals. I got a set of...

    ingersoll W7150/W5130 vs milwaukee impacts

Ditto, the extensive tool system that Milwaukee boasts is a big draw, but not if the impact is as far behind the established leader (IR) as stated above.

    Lowe's Sale/Clearance 2013 Thread

I would happily buy a pair at twice that if you were willing to ship. That is one item that has not popped up locally.

    PanaVise 301 $19.97 @ RadioShack

Got one in Pittsburgh, all local stores showing them in stock. Good deal! I will use this for electrical and small car party projects. GJ strikes again!

Modifications to the HF 4 and 5 drawer service carts - what changes have you made?

I finally picked one up with the $165 coupon. Really nice to have some legit tool storage space finally- I'm a home tinkerer and previously everything lived in a variety of crappy plastic toolboxes, tupperware containers, etc. I'll post up some pics once I have everything organized.

    Cordless tool Investment

Same here- I have some M12 stuff and would prefer to go M18 as well, mainly for the seletion of other tools. I had a hodgepodge of different brands in the past, all with their batteries and chargers and it was really a pain.

    Dear Milwaukee, I hate you!

I don't expect a W7150 killer, but something more competitive with it would be nice.

    Milwaukee M12 Fuel cordless impact

The brushed 1/2" high torque model seems to work pretty well also, but admittedly has less torque than the IR. The IR is not brushless and has smaller 1.5 Ah batteries; I feel like Milwaukee could have a solid competitor with a full size M18 Fuel model. The vast array of M18 tools and high...

    Milwaukee M12 Fuel cordless impact

Update: I got the 3/8" M12 Fuel impact and it's performing admirably. Took off lug nuts torqued to 80 ft/lbs that I hadn't touched in over a year on a car that sits outside, so presumably not corrosion free. Should be great for general use at track days and most routine things on the car; I'll...

Modifications to the HF 4 and 5 drawer service carts - what changes have you made?

Any construction differences between the 4 and 5 drawer carts, or just different setups and paint colors?

    Milwaukee M12 Fuel cordless impact

Wow, awesome! I have a few of the 4.0 batts as well so this thing should definitely suffice. Based on past reviews I figured it may start to give up the ghost past 70 or 80 ft lbs, but it sounds like this thing should be fine for my usage with clean, anti-seized threads. Bonus for the compact...

    Milwaukee M12 Fuel cordless impact

Anyone play around with the M12 Fuel 3/8 impact wrench yet? I like the M12 system and would be using this for general automotive work including lug nuts torqued in the 80 ft/lb range. Obviously would use something bigger for rusted fasteners, etc, but for routine wheel swaps at the track and...
