I don't have a pulley for the motor. I can't find a matching pulley that would have the same steps and diameters as the spindle pulley so each speed change would require a belt change. I may buy identical pulleys and just machine the spindle to accept it.

Thanks I really want the pulley on the spindle to match the pulley on the motor but the idea of using my band saw and lathe on a piece that can't be replaced scares me.
