When I got home from work today, I grabbed a scrap 1/4" steel plate I had laying around and chucked up a sharp 1/2" drill bit in the press. Set the speed for 640 RPM's. Didn't really hear/feel any chatter other than the noise and slight resistance coming from the bit contacting the steel...

Another vote for the IR2135Ti. I absolutely love mine and has taken off every lugnut/ bolt I have put up against it.

Billymade is right.... your issue is more than likely in the trigger/valve assembly. If you decide to take it apart, I woud concentrate on parts 27,28 and 29. The trigger pulls on the stem of part number 28 which allows air in to spin the motor. Your leak might be as simple as a crooked...

WD-40 on a cotton rag for me. For the really tough grime, a short of non-chlorinated brake cleaner does the trick.

I just got off the phone with a Cust. Service person who said she could not help me with the exchnage as she was not the rep. for the Amazon account. I was then transferred to a woman by the name of "Dell" who is currently out of the office until tomorrow. I left her a nice detailed message...
