I would rather have used then the plastic reel. You gotta figure that those budget models have to skimp some to make them that cheap. Most likely better off with something made to be used in a professional setting that comes pre-scratched.

If I had that available I dont think I would even think twice before snagging it..

With those being the options I would take the HF one for sure. I dont think CH is a real brand in the welding world. The warranty on the other is the only thing it has going for it. Support for the cheap HF stuff though is normally really good where as its going to be damn limited on that CH unit.

Everything I have bought from Amazon Warehouse has been like new except for packaging. Something like a hitch for 100 off I quite frankly wouldn't give a **** if it was missing the hardware & was scratch'd to ****. What I would worry most for is if the item was incorrect all together.
