it's different from angle grinder. The one I am talking about has a flat disc that has entire disc surface area in contact with concrete when in use unlike angle grinder.

I went over to home depot here in Toronto, they don't have the attachment for grinding. The one they have is used for polishing the concrete which doesn't help much. I presume you rented from a home depot in US? I am going to rent a 4.5 inch handheld cup grinder which looks same as an angle...
