    I haven't worn Chippewa, but the Thorogoods have held up well - worth the $100 they cost on sale after my Georgia Boot soles cracked down the middle and they wouldn't replace them. One year in, and although I don't put boots through the hell i used to, they have only gotten more comfortable...
