I have never owned a real portable box only little plastic ones for fasteners. Anyways, I was thinking about getting one for my tools at work but wasn't sure if it was worth it, what do you guys think? Also which is better, cantilever or large opening with tray? :beer:

when it comes to buying 1/2" drive sockets is it worth it to buy both chrome and impact or can I get away with just buying impact sockets? Input appreciated :beer:

I hear a lot about the dual 80 Snap-on ratchets but nothing about their quick release ratchets. Does anybody own them? Is the only difference the sealed head or are there more differences?

I personally have only used the mastercraft picks and the Mac tools hard handled mini pick set. The Mac set is by far my favorite so far, what is yours?

What is the point of buying an impact gun with a 3" or 6" anvil rather than the standard anvil? Would it be better to just buy a standard anvil and an extension set? I only plan on buying one impact so I want to weigh out the options. :beer:

Which do you prefer for each drive size and why? For a 1/4" it needs to be a fine toothed ratchet as a 1/4" is often needed for confined space. For 3/8" I also prefer a higher tooth count as it it good for tight quarters but will hold up to the torque required for a 3/8" ratchet. For a 1/2"...

Everyone has them, those tools that you never thought you would used but have used them for everything you can. For me it is my hook and pick set, I never realized all of the uses for them. Also my universal joints and swivel sockets :D. Whats yours?
