True. Just overwhelmingly the norm. Just to be clear....overseas means China. Lowering labor costs is as old as the concept of business. "I bought the same model and the quality isn't like it used to be" Lenox is a top-tier line. I doubt it will be in a year. Just the way it is.

I hope Frank can get it straightened out. I like Frank, and would prefer to buy from his store. I hope Koken supports Frank's tools.
