I think it looks great ... seal it! Once you move all your stuff back in you'll soon forget about any perceived imperfections anyway! :) -

Floor or Walls first
I'd do the walls first. You're going to have clean, etch or grind the floor anyway and you can always mask off the floor with paper or dropclothes to minimize the mess from the walls. -

Why does good flooring have to be such a pain in the @$$?
A good paint store can probably tint to match if you can't find an off-the-shelf gray. You'll need to provide them a sample around an inch square though. Good luck!
