If the cracked slab bothers you, then all the holes that they will have to drill for mud jacking will really bother you. I had a couple sections of sidewalk raised a few years ago and I was surprised at the number of holes that they had to drill. Still saved me money over what the city wanted...

I just installed 9 Lithonia 8' tandems and have no problem with my radio ... maybe it's because the radio is not on the lighting circuits. ???

I agree ... this is how I did it in my new 24' x 34' garage. Simple to do, looks great and easy to add on to if I ever need to.

We carry some of these at our Ace Hardware store in Michigan. If your local Ace doesn't carry them they can easily order them for you.

Wonder what the best method to apply the base coat and flakes to a vertical surface is? Brush and carefully throw on the flakes? Anybody with experience care to share their experience?

No, I don't install MMA floors. I'm simply one person looking for the best alternative for my new garage floor. As I said previously, I can't find any information on the pros/cons of epoxy vs. urethane vs. acrylic/MMA. I gather by your post that MMA fumes are toxic? Thanks for the information.

Would you care to elaborate? I'm one of those people who are here to learn facts and then choose for myself. I have yet to find a serious, unbiased discussion of epoxy vs. urethane vs. acrlyic/MMA ... and I keep searching. Thanks!
