Be half price tomorrow. Don't know if I want to even do that much. Maybe I'll put in an offer if it doesn't sell.

    Broken Anvil/Unknown

Saw this at an estate sale today. Been in someones damp basemant a long time. Noticed the back end was broken off. Still weighed between 150-180 lbs in my opinion. Can't make out any markings due to the corrosion/rust. Is this of any value at all? Can't believe they know it is broken and still...

Refurbishing a Parker 229 and it is missing the handle for the lockdown . Can anyone tell me what the length of the rod should be? I have the nut, just need to make a rod. Also, any info on the "dummy" pin I've seen in some photos that goes opposite the lockdown? Thanks in advance.

    Parker 'D' Vise value

Picked up a Parker D vise that was missing a chunk. Had my "guy" fix it for me. Have someone interested in buying it. I have no idea what it may be worth. Can anyone give me an idea of it's approximate value? I see someone has one for sale in Oregon refurbished for 300 on CL (I have the original...

Prentiss # 20 Swivel Vise Paint

So. it's all dismantled. "locking pin" that I drove out was made of wood? Must have been a quick substitute. Any idea what the dimensions should be. Will have my friend turn one down on a lathe. Maybe even use brass. Thanks again.

Prentiss # 20 Swivel Vise Paint

Thanks, I like the paint look myself. I try to stay original when I can. Reecently restored an old British Premier 6" vise and couldn't find exact color here stateside, but did find something close. Can you tell me what the missing pin is supposed to look like. Can get one easily made by a...

Prentiss # 20 Swivel Vise Paint

Just purchased a Prentiss 20 (best I can tell from weight and jaw width & opening (60+ lbs, 4-1/2" and 6"), jaws are fixed)) for $50. Have been restoring old vises as a hobby lately. Was going to flip this one, but after researching, will probably restore and keep. Vise does say PRENTISS NY on...
