Looking at some of the "RV" spec plans, and there are some nice ones. Definately want a lift, and don't want to be able to not use it's full potential. So, I need/want high ceilings...

Welp, survey company has been out and placed the stake for official side of lot. ;) Slowing things down already a bit though, gonna do a bit more research and see if this is the plan I need/want. I'm considering using one of the "RV" type plans, should be perfect for a lift. Anyone done that...

Basketball court will be right out in front of the garage. In one of the pictures you can see the concrete square/anchor for the pole on the left. In order to get an extra ~700sq ft of storage/space upstairs. Don't really want an ugly staircase on the outside. Just my IMHO. 10' won't cut it? I...
