I experienced the same issue and returned them the same day. I ended up going with a set of Hansens (for 3 times the price). :wtf: No issues yet and everything fits well in the Hansens except for one of the very small 1/4" drive sockets...maybe the 4mm?

No, there are no numbers or anything on the box other than the Hammerhead logo. I only know it came from Costco. I found CSPS's website and sent them an e-mail. I may give them a follow-up call tomorrow to see if they can be of any assistance. I guess if worse comes to worse, I can remove...
