I'm building a 50x50 pole barn. I'm strugglling with the layout I should use... It's a car hobbyist shop/repair/restoration.... As of now I'm thinking a 10x12 room in the back corner for a couch and TV and beer fridge. I'm thinking two 4 post lifts near back wall and a 2 post next to them...

I been looking up builders for my 48x48x12 building.... So far I got quotes from Shirk, tim Lapp, comestoga, pioneer.... etc.. The best price I have for a 48x48x12 with 4 garage doors and 1 entry door and 12" overhang on gable end is $23,*** Anyone know anyone who can beat this?? I may go to...

How much did the building run you? Did you have a place build it? Did they build building and then you used a outside contractor for concrete?
