    Purpose of drywall in garage

OSB is a huge fire hazard. Unless you never plan on doing any hot work in your garage, then I suppose it would be fine. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    Purpose of drywall in garage

I do fab work in my garage so to keep the grinding and welding sparks from getting onto the lumber and Romex I used foil faced insulation and sheetrock. Now I don't worry about a fire anymore. It also looks good finished. I have the doors built for the cabinets now, but I couldn't find the...

    Compressor in a out building

The rapid air system can be run underground. And it's flexible so it's probably much easier than black pipe, and it won't rust. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

New air compressor, couple setup questions...

Thanks, I'll start a fund for one. Got the compressor wired in today and gave it the initial 30 min test run. No issues. Tomorrow I will hook up the 3/4 line to the filter and let it build pressure. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

BIG Milwaukee Morgan vise...waddaya guys think?

I picked this one up for $100. Granted it's the 50 not the 60. I think the seller is high, the vise is not complete. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

Millermatic 211 and harbor freight cart

I don't have completed pics on my phone but I can take some tomorrow if you want. I ran one 8-3 cord to a junction box on the cart, then split it off into two handy boxes with 50 amp outles. So even though I have a mig,Tig and water cooler on the same cart, only one cord to power them all. And...

    Is this vise any good?

Didn't realize he was in India. I was simply stating my opinion. I'd take my 1940s Morgan over that vise any day though. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    Is this vise any good?

While it looks nice, I'd have to say for a 6" vise, that seems very light. I have a 5" Morgan that goes around 125 lbs. I have no experience with this particular brand, so this is just my opinion. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    Good score over the weekend!

Ha ha, thanks guys. I didn't make it out to the shop today. This weekend I will, and I'll put something in there and cut it. I'll let you know which way it's off. It's supposed to be a brand new blade. Said he only cut about 10 pieces with it since he bought it. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    Good score over the weekend!

Thanks guys. I'll put some small pieces in and cut them so I can figure out how it needs to be squared and get back to you. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

I don't mind draining anything. I can take the minute to do it, not a big deal to me. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

New air compressor, couple setup questions...

Yeah, I didn't plan on changing it. Some people have said they are set lower from the factory than they are actually rated for. Supposed to run 17.1 cfm at 175psi. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

New air compressor, couple setup questions...

The compressor will do 175, but I have no reason to set it that high. I have read that you want 25' minimum from the tank to the first drop for air cooling. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

    Good score over the weekend!

Picked up this Wells band saw. I believe it's the A7. That's what the steel tag says anyway. Just rebuilt, new belts, new blade, and coolant system works. Got it for $200. I thought it was a pretty good score. I notice it's a bit out of square, any good methods of squaring the blade on these...

New air compressor, couple setup questions...

Hey guys, I just ordered a 80 gallon 2 stage compressor. I was sick of my 30 gallon not keeping up to what I'm now throwing at it, so I figured I'd go big and never worry again. With that said, how would you set this up? I might paint with a HVLP gun a couple times a year. I mainly use it to...
