    Ha! Just went there again to swap a ratchet And It took me arguing with 4 employees that I don't need a recepit to replace kobalt goddamn You would. This they know this by now. Payed 5 bucks more to upgrade from a regular to a low profile

    Maxx 88 tooth flex 1/4 the matco made one when spinning by hand it has a bad spot where I have to try hard to keep it rotating it's in the same spot every revolution I bought it " new without packaging" does it need oil or is this a defect?

    Anyone else ever have a hasle every time they have to exchange a kobalt tool? I've broke about 5 of them in the last 2 years every time they ask for a receipt then if it was part of a set they want to bring the whole set in to replace one tool. and I say I don't need one "hassle free" says...

    I currently have a snap on 1/4 t72 comfort handle. And a 3/8 comfort handle both new. How much of a downgrade is a armstrong or matco 88tooth? Am I right in thinking the craftsman premium is stupid being I can get a snap on t72 for the same price online
