Thanks for all the great replys! I'm told the Logo is for "Penn Tool Company" though my understanding is they are a resaler/retailer. Also I haven't found this logo elsewhere and I'm not sure how IPC or IP Co translates to Penn Tool but possible it was only purchased there

Acquired this little vise, it appears to allow items like wire to pass through the handle if held in the jaws. Does anyone know what this would be called or what this manufacturers mark is?

Does anyone have any experience with a HJorth "perfect" spring bender. It is said to be used in a Lathe or drill press or even by hand in a vise. Appears to make both compression and tension springs or custom sizes. I'm hoping to get some pictures of it in action soon.

Twooldvolvos, Have you come across any with the rectangular style trigger? I recently acquired this one in the picture and it does have a crimped base and the cap says "Eagle" but not "No. 66". And ofcourse the trigger is different

This has worked well for me, and is fully customizable!

I bolted a 2x4 to the wall, and took 16" of threaded rod and bolted it through the 2x4 at an upward angle. Then you can drop your rakes, hoes, shovels etc on there. Keep in mind you need 2 threaded rods at about 4" apart to slide the tools on. I can get a picture later
