    Patching boiler room trench

2" isn't very thick. Normal procedure would be to drill into the existing slab and insert rebar pegs. Clean the existing edges and coat with bonding agent. Then pour the new.

    Bolts ID

The one in the background doesn't have a flange. I'm guessing on most the washers are stuck under the head. Minor detail as far a asthetics. These days hex heads will be easier to find but square heads are still made.

    Atf stains never coming out

I used some type of detergent (may have been purple power or simple green) then covered with a powder for lifting oil stains from concrete. Worked much better than either method alone.

    Battery Chargers

I have this one Clore Pro Logix 20A. I know you said no electronic flashy things. It will work on a dead battery. Just hold the start button for a few seconds. It will read out charging voltage or % of charge. I have a Rizk brand charger that is what you are asking for. I'm not sure they are...

How do I transport this thing?

Leave it on the pallet. 313 lbs isnt that much, you only lift one end at a time and only a few inches. Have some wood blocks (2x4's or 4x4s) available for cribbing and some type of lever (crowbar, prybar,...).

    What’s your favorite snow shovel?

I had an aluminum grain scoop for decades. Occasionally the edge would get so messed up I'd have to trim it. I also had a reinforced plastic one (same size/shape) it's worn out. The new one isn't quite the same. Material feels brittle but so far so good.

How much is cost a factor in your hand tool purchasing decision?

If I have a tool that will do the job I probably won't buy another. If I am buying a tool that I will use many times in the future I will pay more for better quality or a tool that will do teh job better/easier. I'm always ready to buy if I happen on a good deal for a high quality tool (new or...

    Wiring layout question

I could check but my small tankless required a 40 amp breaker. It does OK for hand washing but sometimes I wish I'd put in a larger one.
