Prior post says 1 time use per customer so I would assume any customer can use it 1 time per account. It doesn't appear to be a targeted coupon that can only be used 1 time. I tried it in my cart and it worked.

I picked up one of the black shelves in link above as I already have 4 of them and they work pretty good for storing lightweight items. They are well worth $40.
