There is a very detailed analysis of all boxes on this site. The author measured everything and compared all the op boxes. The HF came out on top in. Out of the categories measured. I have two for the last five years since I read it and have not been disappointed at all.

I would suggest the flooring forum, we have dozens of posts concerning this exact subject. You can see from the pic I used two stage epoxy and it has worked out great for everything except welding on it.

I use the Northern Tool one with a 5 gal bucket. It works great with the lift, is adjustable and easy to take to quickie lube and dump it. I also use the flat pan if doing an oil change off the lift.

Thanks for the responses. I had overlooked the hexavalent chromium issue, not to be messed with. It is rather thin also. I think maybe I will keep it for a clean table and make my own welding table.

I would use the 3/4" lines, larger volume means more air availability. I used a drop at each regulator and it has worked great with no water issues with my plasma cutter or paint guns.
