I'm trying to read up if a 36K would cool a 1,500 sq ft insulated metal building without costing a fortune. Anyone know the performance stats on this one as they pertain to cooling efficiency?

Only in California would they take money from me in the form of taxes to pay you to upgrade your sprinkler system. I think people in Utah are a little smarter than that.

Tom Cat pellets or bait packs from Tractor Supply. I made 2" PVC "traps" in the shape of a T so dogs and cats can't get to it and use them inside and outside of the shop. Problem completely disappeared.

I tried many of the guns on the market and found that an old champion sparkplug with the internals removed makes a great blasting "gun". Old ones are free and you only need an on/off valve close to the outlet side of the hose. Works great.

My door height is 12 foot, inside is 12' x a 4.2% rise for the ceiling. That gives me more height in the middle of the shop so I can stand with no problem under the lift while working.
