I have the SK 45875 ratchet which is the bent handle, flex head, fine tooth 3/8" ratchet. This ratchet seems to be able to reach all the bolts in an engine no matter how obscured they are. My only complaint is that the head is a bit too floppy now.

I have one. Makes pan removal easy. It has a flat spot on each corner to use with a hammer. Its compact size allows it to fit where a putty knife won't fit. It is also easier to tap into the seam than a putty knife. Buy it.

I believe the reason for the Milton V design is that is allows you to use high flow V fittings in addition to A and M style fittings. Do the better designed high flow couplers allow multiple different fittings to be used?

I have no problems with my Milton V's. If someone lacks the hand strength to connect a Milton V with ease, they lack the hand strength to work on mechanical things.
