It's going to be a complete DIY. I can rent the diamabrush coating removal tool for $65 from Home Depot, then its around $50 for the machine... I'll probably just end up buying the smaller 4.5" Coating removal tool, to use on a rotary hand grinder, to clean up the edges. Then I'm onto buying...

I bought some LED's from Lowes.... Replaced my fluorescents. These ones you can extend, by just plugging into each other. So the end result is light across the entire garage, and not having to worry about additional wiring. Just keep plugging 'em in. It's a really nice bright white light !
