Ok I told my excavator that’s going to be the plan and they are on board.

We’ve decided to at least put a layer of 3/4 crushed stone at the bottom. I ordered about 20 tons for Monday. Now we’re fighting a snowstorm for Wednesday so hopefully the excavators can get this back filled and compacted.

I was thinking 3/4” crushed stone. You think smaller is better?

You’re saying to line the trench with the geotextile fabric then start putting in stone?
