Dual Purpose Miter Saw / Table Saw Out Feed Table

I think a product you may want to consider is called the PCW. You may have heard of it before. It has been around for a little while. The miter saw hovers over or sits above the work table/ table saw out feed table. It is pricey but I always planned to build my own incorporating the features...

    work benches... from scratch

Here is my bench. I have had it for the past 5 years or so. I really like it and it works well for what I like to do. It is 8 ft long, 42 inch work surface height and 30 inches deep. The shelf 18 inches above the work surface is really handy. It also has magnetic tool strips. Always_Thinkin

Who has their drill press mounted on your main workbench?

I dont like it on a bench if you dont have a lot of work surface to work on. I have my drill press on a stand i built and it has casters so i can roll it around. The top of the stand is the same height as my workbench. THis allows me to be able to move it where i need, even outside if i am...

The tool tray ideas I was thinking are below. The side tool tray would be between the tool chest and the work bench. The front tool tray could be a quick bolt on setup. Keep the ideas coming. Thank you for the comments too.

    Torsion Spring Adjustment tools...?

I tensioned my new springs just last fall. I used two 1/2 inch dia rebar cut 12 inches long. I used my angle grinder to take off the ribs. I inserted the rebar and wrapped electrical tape on the rebar so I knew if I had the rebar completely inserted into the tensioner drum.
