Thanx guys. From what I'm understanding is I need to exit the 125 panel through a breaker and enter the 50 amp panel through the lugs. My drawing has it exiting the 125 through the lugs

Thanks platonic, looking at the layout for jb garage on that thread it appears that you have a much simpler layout than I had proposed. Would I be ok rearranging my lights similar to that and using 4 foot strip lights producing 16500 lumens?

l just read a few posts on ghost shield. Sounds like a good bet. My slab was machine troweled and apparently that is good for using ghost shield.
