What would be the Milwaukee number for a 3/8 impact, fuel, friction fit and M18? Kind of leaning towards that. According to some it can do a lot and probably everything I will ask from it.

You don't want to etch it unless you are coating it. If the concrete is dusting (symptom of too much water or over finishing) you will know it. Color varies depending of the type of cement used. You can't say that lighter concrete is worse than darker concrete. Efflorescence is a concern in masonry.
