Ive got the motors for a rotary but how does that work for air compressor and man that seems like alot but you cant have cheap and easy

If im interpreting it right the way that vfd is wrote up if it says 7.5 then its actually a 15

I just have access to a bunch of these type motors and would love to use them somehow cheap.My driveway is 2 miles long thru thick woods so 3 phase power aint happening

Sorry all pics didnt post one supposed to be 10 and other a 15 everytime i read about it folks start arguing about it but if half are correct a 20 horse motor on 10 horse vfd will do 10 horse work but i havent a clue

Below is a vfd i can afford and 2 motors 1 i think is in the parameters the other not so much but after reading a 100 posts i think the motor will still work just not full capacity.I know its all cheap wont last all that but its what i got thanks for the advice

I found some really good prices on 10 and 20 horse 3 phase but that rope startin looked like a good way to lose arms fingers maybe some toes

Ok so I got this 5 horse compressor and want a 7.5 horse motor to run it but may upgrade so a 10 isnt out of the question im curious if I should find a old baldor or the like or get a amazon cheapo.I know where a 20 horse 3 phase is real cheap and its a baldor but I cant figure out a way to run...

Well that explains it although its been on a fan for months running but it doesnt require near the torque as that compressor does thats why i swing a hammer but im nearly positive ive used them before but then again i used to drink a little back then.

The story behind the compressor is I wanted to know if it would help to have 2 and everywher i looked it up everyone was arguing about so i tried it fyi IT DID NOT. The electric motor is dual voltage it will run off either.
