    Tools from the old world

Good selection of user tools there. Like your tool board too .. ... but how do you find the correct spanner for a job ? ... when you hang all the same sizes, on the one hook, ... instead of having them in little individual racks everywhere, ... and sorted by, brand, shininess...

    Old Service Station.

Cheers for that. Had been wondering whether it was a, dressed up, "local" site ... or whether it had been filmed, whilst he was traipsing around the U.S. as a little bloke. The sly sods covered up too much of the name, for me to make it out. So did many others at the time. Clever little...

    Hammer Storage

 ... ... altho I hope you use one of those woodworking claw hammers, and not a ball pein ... to tap that very nice little router through the wood. ;);) .. :) Did something similiar once using a card file cabinet, and a piece of ply with cut outs ... instead of the dowel. Made things...

    Between 485 & 705 SQ/FT Lyndon's Western Sydney Garage (amongst life's other stories).

Re: "Lyndon's Western Sydney Garage (amongst life's other stories)" You would be surprised how many of us down here ... would happily throw some of Lyndons, very nice looking scale weights, ... at the foglights of many oncoming vehicles .. Because foglights, dont have a cutoff line...

    Suburban Shearing Shed

Sorry Mr 1/2Cup, ... It was a proper, junk sale .. :( Box of rabbit traps and a few bale hooks were about the only things of note. So I dragged the empty trailer home, got some clamps out for a play, ... and had a chocks, and chooks, weekend. Mobile workbench needed brakes ... and the...

Vise and Grinder stands. I'm looking for ideas on how to use several in limited space

Simple piece of board for this little 3" vice. The "keyhole" is routed out, on an angle, to offset a casting fault with the base. A couple of clamps ... and it mounts almost anywhere. ohhhh wait ... this is the vice ... and grinder stand ... thread .. :D

    Suburban Shearing Shed

Mounted up the wonky little Carter vice, on a relocatable base. Last time I just planed off the angle ... but since the only plane I have now is one of those useless uncontrollable electric things, I figgered I could do better with the router, and a chisel. Then I had a play with...

Looking for a new closed tool bag

A bit pricy for what it is ... IMHO ... but its been adequate for a car bag since I bought it. I didnt want external pockets and holders either. The other side has a different pocket layout. Sorta ideal for spanner/wrench storage. ... and theres plenty of room in the bottoms, for socket...
