    OTC 7394 Hub Puller Opinions?

Air hammer and a pointed bit, is another Idea, a Tech I worked next to swore by that tool you linked to, just note you may need to add heat to get it to pop loose, and I live in the south so no rust.

Good triple square sockets to own

No brakes use Metric hex, smaller sizes are used on and around the engine, along with metric hex, so fun stuff to work on. CV axles and wheel bearings are the most common sizes needed but the vary and honestly I do not remember the numbers for my most used sizes.

    Uview airlift 1 or 2?

I have the Airlift 1 the others will break in no time flat, almost all plastic and cheap, and the cone style adapter *****, and not in the good way. I use my Airlift all the time without issues. the Gauge is the only weak point, but can be replaced easy, it just screws off, and get a new one. HTH

    snap on vantage or equivalent

Pico goes down to 100 Nano/seconds per division for sweep/ time . Sample rate is how fast the tool can read the signals it receives , sweep is not the same as sample rate, sweep is just how much time is on the screen not how fast the tool can read the signal. For example lets take a signal and...

    snap on vantage or equivalent

I was referring to the original Vantage it is a GMM, the Ultra is a Scope, my statement still holds true, the time base on the Ultra has no bearing on its sample rate, sample rate is how fast the tool can process the signal, sweep or time base is just the tool basically zooming in or out on the...

    snap on vantage or equivalent

1k and under depending on what comes with it, and how updated it is, for instance if it comes with a snap on low amp probe the price is closer to the 1k if it comes with only the leads and is has not been updated since new closer to 500. HTH

    snap on vantage or equivalent

Because the people that made it said it is not a scope, it has to do with Sample rate, not your time base, basically how fast it can see a signal, time base-sweep time is just the time on the screen. A very good tool but you will be better getting a pro or ultra

What am I missing in a OBD scan tool?

It can sometimes, as you can see what the ECM thinks the temp is of the coolant, aka not a real over heat problem and use a IR thermometer to check the sensors are correct, but that is about it. I mostly deal with emissions and other codes, so I need as much info as possible. As For...

What am I missing in a OBD scan tool?

Well, a lot, I am a pro and use scan tools all the time, the code is just a clue to the problem, for instance I have a Honda in my bay with a P0171 lean code, with Data Stream on a real scan tool I figured out the cause of the lean code without swapping parts in about 10 minutes, the car will be...

anyone own SO BT-20 Toyota drum brake tool

I do not own one, but these are designed to go through an hole in an axle flange to replace parking brakes a little bigger than the axle, I have not done drum brakes on a 80 toyo in a long time, but I would think standard brake spring tools will work just fine.

Let's talk about jiffy tite connectors

I own the original set by Jiffy-tite tool, by Synder manufacturing They work, some times it is better to use the tool over a pick so the clip doesn't fly into the ether as they are know to do. But I normally just use a pick to undo do them in most cases.
