Plan is to have a lift in the garage. So with post tension it sounds like I better know exactly where I want to put it...It seems like I would rather not have a post tension but I don’t want cracks, either.

Thanks for the great feedback. I will call the joist company and ask them about the specs and deflection. Building will have 12 foot ceilings in the garage and 9 foot upstairs. The 12 foot height was the minimum I could go and have decent clearance for a lift.

Nice building. I really like the trolley idea. Do you have more pics you can share or a link? The plans for this building call for 4 6 ft wide dormers and windows on both ends. 12 foot ceiling in the garage and 9 foot ceiling upstairs.
