So I picked up a slide hammer the other day thinking it may be a handy addition to the toolbox. I have a few pullers that I can use on it and plan to pick up more pullers as I go along. Does anyone have a source for reasonably priced accessories...hooks, thread adaptors, etc? Anyone have good...

Those Felo drivers look interesting......

I find the grips really comfortable but I also find they bite into the screw head really well.

I have several different brands in my box. It really comes down to personal preference. I recently picked up some Wera drivers that I really like.

Home Depot (in Canada anyway) sells a roll of rubber runner that would work well for what you described. Its about 1/8" thick and has a slightly rough texture. I used it to make some heavy door sweep for my shed door. Only cost about $15.
