    The rental disaster

I probably will put it up for sell, I don't really have the time, hoping I don't lose to much on the deal but It's been in the way too much. There is a shed on the property, it has the trailer that goes with the one motorcycle, most of the yard tools, snowblower, and large camping gear...

    The rental disaster

Very valid points, I really appreciate it and it's nice to hear from someone else. Because I've thought the same . But we are hoping to move soon, we are doing the house search now but what we want isn't out there right now. So I'll put up with it for now and dsee what happens.

    The rental disaster

:willy_nil I got them for free from a hotel construction site. Figured I could try and sell them and that never happened the just took up a lot of space

    The rental disaster

So we currently rent and the garage is a 26'x26' if I remember correctly from the last time I measured. It is busting at the seems, I seem to have a problem collecting projects and the pile keeps getting bigger... I have reorganized once, it worked well for a while I was able take care of the...

    Underhood Light Recommendations?

I plan on one of the astro lights, from what I've seen they are pretty nice. Here's a pretty decent review of them.

    Was it ever OK

I've done some work around our rental, making things a little more comfortable for us, door seals, kick plates on carpets, some painting but i quit giving a **** after the last time the landlord was here and we pointed out a few things and they haven't been fixed yet almost a year later. They...

Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT The Garage at The Place in The Valley (Garage Condo 45x23x20)

You would think with the amount of light in your unit they would want to show off and put something other than a sprinter in there  Looking good, been a fun thread to follow, excited for you to get in.

    OSB for eaves?

I would like to go that route but it's not my money and it's already become more of a project that they initiallytalked about. Just painting to match the new house siding. Replacing some siding as well.

    No sub panel in garage

Question, what is the definition of a circuit? Learming electrical as I go. I know just enough to kill myself.

    No sub panel in garage

Apologies, detached. Makes sense, I think they have some physical space left but alot on the panel. IF it was wired correctly I'd bet it would be maxed out.

    OSB for eaves?

Many thanks for the replies, my assumption is they used the leftover sheathing OSB instead of doing it right the first time, it was swollen and flaked bad paint was peeling and i wasnt going to just repaint it to have to redo it in a year. Most of the garages in the neighborhood and ones I've...

    No sub panel in garage

Hell if I know. The wiring in this house is a cluster. Multiple outlets on 1 curcuit then 1 on its own, over all its completely screwed. It makes sense that it's ok to run that way I just haven't seen a place yet that didn't have a panel.
