A couple of the ones I got were like that too. They are pretty tuff to "twist" back into shape but it can be done. The ones I had like that looked like they weren't welded together straight. After I twisted it, it sits flat.

You're welcome, if I remember right I payed a little more for the Matco kits but I was tired of waiting on APEX. Just a head up though, the reversing levers are different in the Matco Kits but you can use either the Armstrong or Matco. I personally like the Armstrong ones better and left them in.

And if you don't want to wait for APEX to get the kits back in stock (I waited for like six months) you can buy the Matco 88 repair kits and swap them in. Matco part numbers 1/4"-AFR8TK 3/8"-BFR8TK 1/2"-CFR8TK I got kits from GJ members MatcoDave and jethro29.

I bought the Wilde 36" from HJE. That things is a beast, it has taken everything I have (280 lbs jumping on it) and is still straight. I did have it flex on me but it went right back.
