    Those are a 41 tooth dual pawl set up. 82 clicks per revolution. Those are great ratchets.

    armstrong maxx question

    Could be, take it apart and clean it and relube it. They're pretty simple to take apart and reassemble. I liberally applied super lube to mine and haven't had a problem, ymmv though. I believe they come from the factory lubed with Marvel Mystery Oil (the Matco version does for sure).
