    Vintage tape measures

Another interesting tape I've never seen before. The W. Bingham Co. Cleveland, Ohio XLCR 50' Steel Tape no. XL-50 Bingham was a long time (1841-1961) Cleveland-based hardware wholesale company. I have a manual/hydraulic Presto stacker/platform lift. Rated to hold 1k. Also a Hamilton Portelvator hand crank die cart rated to hold 2k. Both have been game changers for easily and safely moving heavy/awkward items in the shop. After my triple hernia, I decided to work smarter, not harder.
