    M12 Must have tools?

I have been looking at these. How bad is it starting the bead after it's retracted? Is it easy to judge when the bead will start or is it a big delay? I read a bunch of reviews and a couple of them had big problems with it. Could be user error, but wanted to see what you thought. I just put...

    KRA toolboxes worth the bother?

Definitely not junk boxes, but not sure I'd pay $1600+ fees for it unless I really, really needed it. I had a set and sold them several years ago.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Poured a gallon of washer fluid in the wife's car. I use maybe 20% of what she uses in a year. I clean and treat her windshield pretty often, but she uses a ton.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Got out my Autel TPMS tool to check the sensors on mom & dad's Equinox. It's a 2020 with less that 20k miles on it and has a bad TPMS sensor already. I've always got a good 10 years out of sensors in my Dodge's, Subaru's and KIa's.

    Cordless impact drivers?

If you are driving screws, lags, tearing apart smaller items they are invaluable. For that purpose, the M12 Fuel impact is my go to tool very often. I have drill bits with the hex end on them for use with it as well. I have them in my house, shed and garage.

    Building a retaining wall today

I built my retaining wall about 4 years ago, it's roughly 5' high and 100' long. I used keystone blocks with the pins that lock the rows together, the blocks weighed about 90lbs each. My wife worked at a place that built the big retaining walls that you see along the highway and they had just...

Placing shed skids directly on ground, not removing topsoil.

I think a lot of it depends on your location, but around here they suggest a leveled gravel base. That's exactly what I did before I had my 12x20 delivered a few years ago.

    Concrete pour issue

If you're friendly with him, then be a friend. Go talk to him and say that you didn't plan on covering the floor, but don't know what the do with the joints that he left. If I really wanted to leave it bare, I'd find something that could fill the joints and keep it flush, like many some type...

Before I get an inspection today, big TV over Wood burning fireplace insert okay?

We built an addition on at my cousins house in the early 2000's. They wanted a TV above the fire place mantle and never had a problem with it. They replaced the 1st one about 5 years ago and that was only to upgrade to something bigger, it worked fine.

    Low car, steep driveway

As long as it's not too steep to overcome, a lowered car can get into most driveways if you go in at an angle. My driveway is steep and 2 of my vehicles are low, I have to come in at a hard angle so my passenger side rear wheels goes into the driveway and it's almost like I'm back across it...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

This is a little on the longer side... Well, not IN my garage, but in my driveway in front of it. I have a couple sets of stock wheels for sale that I accumulated over the last year. I had a kid hit me up on a set last night saying he was driving 2 1/2 hours for them and would be here around...

    Garage Speakers

I don't think you can beat an older receiver with some bookshelf speakers in the garage. I have a 4 channel receiver, a bookshelf speaker in each of the 4 corners of my garage and an Amazon Alexa connected to the receiver for music. Then you can just run an RCA cable from the TV to another...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Wasn't in my garage, but went to my buddies to work on his Audi Q7. He bought it from a dealer and the pics he sent me didn't look too bad. It was a little dirty when I finally saw it and it still didn't look to bad. I hit it with the foam cannon for a good wash and then deironizer and clay...

Water heater type for new house 1800 sq ft , 2 people,

I live in PA and it gets plenty cold here, but the water heater is in the house, so the outside temp doesn't impact it at all.
