Ha, I noticed the same thing here! The display end cap was at least 3 isles down from the ratchet isle.

Tekton push button adjustable pliers pliers?

We were just there for Cannstater Wasen. I might be back in May to go to Nürburgring with a buddy, and I'd like to check out some tools. My wife is never inclined.....

Tekton push button adjustable pliers pliers?

M.Jay, where are you located in Germany? Where do you typically shop for quality German (or Euro) made mechanic's tools?

    Lisle.....Are you a fan?

I'm a fan. Like any brand, Lisle has some duds, but in general their tools are innovative and fairly priced.

    Some of Bodj Built's builds

Honestly, probably pretty darn well for loading, but I don't know if they would make for good "work" lights due to the lack of a proper diffuser lens. I have 2 of them in my CJ7; one on the roll bar above your head, and one in the OEM spot above the back window of the hard top, and it's like...

    Some of Bodj Built's builds

Check out HF'S rock lights. They come in a 2 pack and are amazing dome lights. I have a pair in my CJ7. They have aluminum housings and rubber mounts that can be switched up for surface vs tube mount. VERY bright. https://www.harborfreight.com/12v-utilityrock-white-led-light-2-pack-57205.html

What is your favourite tool to use

I remember when I got my first Dual 80. I also remember buying like 10 more not too long after! Really though, they are worth the money. Now a days, the gap is closing with the imports, but 10 years ago they were miles ahead of the game.

    SEMA 2025

I can see them being a big hit with professional mechanics. I like the depth, 3 long drawers, power drawer, latches, etc. The gap between HF's offerings and the truck offerings has really closed in recent years.

    Which 24” 1/2 ratchet should I get?

I have the Gearwrench 90 tooth locking flex. I love the locking flex, but a Dual 80 head is so much smoother (not a big deal in a 24" 1/2" drive). Personally, I'd probably go with the Icon G2 to get the best of both worlds; Matco/Gearwrench style locking mechanism and SnapOn (ish) style...

Updated Tekton Small Engine Kit Coming soon

I feel like the Icon kit is the better buy for $80 (before b.s. coupons)

    Drill indexes

I have a lot of drill bits of various types, but my advice is don't bother buying a 200pc drill index if you aren't using machine tools. In other words, I have complete indexes for my milling machine, but I have different sets I use in my drill press (greater runout) and my hand drills. Start...

Impressive work; the way you blended the door panels in is awesome!

My neighbors and friends are all pumping their pools down. I have friends in northeast Mesa and their backyard floods really easy; they have 2 pumps running and it's still filing up.

Puget Dude’s creations and fabrications (Random project thread.)

Scott, I checked the official Maricopa County rain gauge site (still covers some of Pinal) and the gauge by the Basha's is showing 3.58" in 3 days. Peralta is showing 4.02"! My pool actually got pumped the other day for a face-lift, but they haven't been able to start demo due to the rain. Sound...
