I hung a metal Navy Recrutment sign, 30”x40…double sided, for $20. Had to be hung perpendicular to the wall so you could see both sides, so I hung it from the garage door track.

I’ve always wanted a hoe. 3 years ago I bought a ‘93 Kubota, with less than 500 hours, 37 hp FEL, with a 3 pt. hoe, and a 12” bucket, and sold my smaller, older Kubota. I LOVE IT! At 74 yo, , trust me, it’s better than a pick and a shovel! Would I like a mini…..he’ll yes. I’m looking.

Drained the oil on the Kubota…filter and added 9 quarts, greased the FEL and the backhoe.

For the small added cost, you could place extra studs on both the ceiling joists and on the floor joists….sleep easy.
